Can’t lie- really excited that my favorite burger joint DMK made the list (and you suburbanites should check out its outpost in Lombard)! When you go, try their #2 – Chili Rubbed Onion Strings, Amish Blue and Spicy Chipotle Ketchup or their #5 – Bison Burger, Fresh Goat Cheese, Pickled Red Onions, and Blueberry BBQ Sauce. To. Die. For.

Welcome to the domain of the Culinarian Librarian, a site chronicling my exploits in the kitchen as well as reading recommendations and musings on life in general (the former two on which I am a relative expert; the latter on which I am decidedly not).
